Yes! Each of our Taoist & Feng Shui artifacts is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. While minor variations in natural materials (such as wood grain, stone patina, or copper finish) may exist, these are hallmarks of authentic handcraft and do not affect the item’s quality or spiritual purpose. We carefully inspect every piece before shipping to ensure it closely matches the design and appearance shown in our product photos.
After your order is confirmed, a digital receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also log in to your account on our website, go to “My Orders,” and download a copy of your receipt from there.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return shipping label. Note that custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Many of our handcrafted artifacts are made in limited batches. We regularly restock popular items, but lead times may vary. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as the item is available again.
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
